Someone actually wrote step-by-step instructions for freezing peanutbutter and jelly sandwiches.
To save you having to read about that woman's kids, or how you should place the two pieces of bread together after spreading the fixings, I'll point out the most important part - put a thin layer of peanutbutter on the jelly side before you add jelly.
I already fucked up that part by not reading instructions, so I guess I'm not qualified to make sandwiches anymore, but now you know.
