But tell me, what is a "grief issue"? Is it more or less than grief? Is it resolved once and then forgotten? Can it be summarized in an annual budget? Is it a matter of opinion? Does it cause deadlocks in contract negotiations or tardiness to staff meetings? These are things the writer asks and the journalist cannot fit in 20 inches before deadline.
